High-brightness LCD screens have the following characteristics:
1. High brightness: This is the most prominent feature of high-brightness LCD screens. Its brightness can usually reach more than 700cd/㎡, and some products can even reach 2000nits and above, which is much higher than the brightness level of 250-300cd/㎡ of ordinary LCD screens. High brightness ensures that the content on the screen can still be clearly seen in strong light environments, such as outdoor sunlight, and the visual effect will not be affected by light interference.
2. High contrast: Generally speaking, the contrast of high-brightness LCD screens can reach 1200:1 or even higher, and some are as high as 10000:1. High contrast enables the screen to present brighter and more realistic colors, richer layering of images, black is blacker, white is whiter, and both text and images are displayed with high clarity and readability.
3. Good brightness uniformity: Due to the working principle of LCD monitors, each pixel will maintain a specific color and brightness after receiving a signal, and there is no need to constantly refresh pixels like cathode ray tubes. Therefore, the high-brightness LCD screen has better brightness uniformity, and there will be no situation where the brightness of some areas of the screen is too high or too low, and the overall image quality is high.
4. Wide viewing angle: It has a wide viewing angle range, and the horizontal and vertical viewing angles can usually reach a larger angle, such as the horizontal viewing angle can reach about 178°, and the vertical viewing angle can also be close to 178°. This means that you can get a better visual experience when watching the screen from different angles, and the color and brightness of the image will not have obvious differences due to changes in viewing angles.
5. Strong stability: It supports 7x24 hours of continuous use, has high reliability and stability, and can adapt to various complex use environments and long-term working needs. Compared with ordinary LCD screens, which are mainly designed for TVs and PC monitors and are not suitable for continuous use day and night, high-brightness LCD screens are more suitable for use in scenes that require continuous operation.
6. Long service life: The service life of the backlight source is long, usually reaching more than 60,000-100,000 hours, which ensures that after long-term use, the brightness, contrast and color of the screen can still maintain good consistency, reducing the frequency of screen replacement and maintenance costs.
